Incentives

Loyalty card discounts and REFER A FRIEND credit can only be redeemed on full priced services.

Foreign Fills

 

At by Nadia. we do not infill on other people's work.

Reasons being that it can influence the overall look of the final product and most importantly, not being able to guarantee the retention of other lash technician's work.

​

Different glues, eyelash extension products and styles might not blend nicely with ours, the quality of work, etc.

​

We understand that every situation is different... If you have any questions you can always contact us to ask.

Deposits

​

A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. If a cancellation occurs within the 48 hour window of your scheduled appointment, it will incur the Cancellation Policy and the deposit will be used as payment of that fee.

Cancellations

​

Cancellations can be made up until 48 hours before your appointment. Cancelling within those 48 hours results in 50% cancellation fee. This fee must be paid before you can rebook.

​

No Shows

 

If you fail to show up for your appointment a 'No Show' fee is to be paid before you can rebook. You are required to pay 100% of scheduled service. This fee must be paid before you can rebook.

 

Two No Shows will result in you being unable to book in the future.

Any debt collection fee incurred for Cancellation or No Show Fees will be added to your account.
